Upgrade water silver purification/sanitation system.  EXTREMELY LOW CHLORINE SYSTEM--LIVE LONG AND PROSPER!
Discharge hose for filter.
Water Chemical test strips.
Maintenance kit - including vacuum hose, vacuum head, curved wall brush, telescoping pole, and hand leaf skimmer.
Safety line, throw ring and shepard's hook.
Pool Blaster, a self contained pool cleaning device to save you time.
Full backfill utilizing manufacturer specified appropriate solid fill.
Three feet (3') concrete deck around pool with wire mesh for extra strength and for bonding purposes. We excel at all types of concrete.
Extremely cool white LED light.
Stainless steel handrail with anchor sockets and escutcheons.
Culvert/drainage system/monitoring well. AN ESSENTIAL TOOL FOR GREAT DRAINAGE AND KNOWING WHAT IS GOING ON UNDER YOUR POOL
Full and experienced installation, 3-4 hours of rough grading after concrete pour.
Electrical Allowance. $2,500 OUR ELECTRICIAN IS VERY EFFICIENT AND THIS ALLOWANCE IS OFTEN SUFFICIENT
Permit Allowance. $400 depending on when contract signed; HOA assistance and appropriate drawing for permit and HOA (NOTE - Most jurisdictions such as Johnson County, Hendricks County, Fishers, Brownsburg, and Hancock County have permit fees under $400. Marion County is unique in that up to 5 different permits are required at a cost of about $1,100. Carmel and Zionsville have fees of approximately $700-900.)
Water allowance. Fully included by hydrant or trucked in or otherwise as permitted by law
