PUMP PROBLEMS

Pump will not prime

Problem

Not enough water in the pump housing

Pump housing lid is not tight

Damaged pump lid o-ring

CARTRIDGE FILTER PROBLEMS

Water may be bypassing the cartridge through a hole or tear in the cartridge

The cartridge may not be positioned properly

The cartridge may be collapsed

CHLORINATOR PROBLEMS

Low or no chlorine
