RONALD FRUSHON, age 50, is our Vice President of Sales and General Manager. Ron’s input is felt company wide due to his extensive construction and product knowledge. Ron does more than half of the pool sales appointments as well as directs the general construction operations and all of the vinyl liner construction coordination.
Ron has been in the swimming pool business since he was 15 when he worked in a family owned swimming pool construction business. Ron continued to work in the business for most of the next 19 years in all facets of the swimming pool business from digging a ditch to sales and management. In 1980, Ron signed up for the Army and served in the military police.
After working for the family business, Ron continued working in the swimming pool industry in various management positions building both vinyl liner inground pools and concrete pools. Ron has also served as the Vice President of the local NSPI, taught various courses to pool builders and even lobbied Indiana EPA on issues relevant to the swimming pool industry.
Ron has a passion for raising and showing English Mastiffs and has done so for 17 years. Ron has 2 children and lives on the Southside of Indianapolis.
BILL LAMBERT, age 57, is the President and Owner of Perma Pools. Bill purchased the company in 1999 when the company was known as Perma Glass Corp and its primary product was fiberglass pools.
Bill expanded Perma's product line in 2005 to include vinyl liner inground pools. Bill has helped the company develop a culture that is customer driven and predicated on continual improvement. Bill is involved in all aspects of the business, including going to about half of the sales appointments and coordinating the construction of the fiberglass pools.
Bill started in the pool business in 1999 when he purchased the business. Prior to Perma Pools, Bill practiced law in Dayton, Ohio representing a variety of small business clients, often in the areas of real estate, construction and business law. Bill graduated from the University of Redlands in California in 1978 with a BA in English (cum laude) and from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1981.
Bill has 3 children, Ryan, Sarah and Margo and has been married to his wife Sherry for 25 years. Bill , Sherry and Margo live in Fishers (the other 2 kids are out of the house!). Bill has 2 dogs, a cat and a feret. Bill's hobbies include tennis and boating. The last book Bill read was Steve Job's biography by W. Isaacson and Bill was impressed by Jobs' thoughts on design that simple is always better with some rare exceptions (even if it takes a lot of complicated work to make a product simple to use).
PAM STAMMER, age (not available), is the Vice President- Service and Service Manager of Perma Pools since 1995. Pam directs four service crews each day to serve the needs of our customers in Central Indiana. Pam is NSPI Tech I certified as of 12/28/92. Pam grew up in the pool industry and many of her family members are in the business making for lively family discussions. Pam's husband is our Zodiac sales rep so we see him all the time!
Prior to Perma Pools Pam was the operations director for another pool company. Pam has also worked in swimming pool distribution and in a family owned pool company in Seymour, Indiana.
Pam has been married for 26 years (to the same man) and has too many dogs. Pam is from a big family (4 sisters, 3 brothers) and helps with her sister's handicapped child, Drew, known as her "BFF". She likes vacationing in warm locations and shopping in small boutiques. Pam has met Robert Redford. Some of Pam's favorite movies include the Count of Monte Cristo, The Way We Were and Forest Gump.
Pam's motto is "Open your pool early to be prepared and close late and get in lots of swimming!"
SHARON MAURER, age 46, graduated from Ball State University in 1988 with a BA degree in Finance. Sharon joined Perma Pools in 2010 as Controller. Sharon is in charge of managing the office operations, including finance, facilities, customer relations and further developing the
operating procedures of the company. Sharon is originally from Centerville, Indiana and graduated from high school there.
Prior to Perma Pools, Sharon performed a General Management function, including finance, for a small textile manufacturing business in Carmel, Indiana for 23 years.
Sharon's hobbies include caring for a 1930s cottage on the White River just outside of Broad Ripple. Sharon has a boat dock on the White River just outside her back door. She loves sitting on her pontoon boat, watching the sunset and relaxing on the river. Sharon also has signifigant gardens on her property that are a hobby to her. Sharon loves listening to live music and her favorite local band is a blues legend, Gene Deer. Sharon reads Rolling Stone and Womens Health.
PAUL STAMMER, age 43, graduated from Monrovia High School in 1987 and is the Operations Facilitator to all of our departments of Perma Pool. Paul has been in the swimming pool business with Perma Pools for 11 years, including 7 years as a service technician. Paul is involved in service work coordination, inside sales, some outside sales and he manages our automatic cover department.
Paul also manages our lead generation and keeps in contact with our leads through an email campaign that he maintains.
Prior to Perma Pools, Paul was the ____________ of _______________. Paul's hobbies include golf, model building and he likes to host poker parties. His favorite restraunt is The Journey in Fishers.
