Our History:
Perma Pools was started by Terry Mungle in 1987 to bring the fiberglass pool to the Indianapolis market. Terry retired in 1999 and sold the business to its current owner, Bill Lambert.
Perma Pools started building one-piece fiberglass pools in 1987 and essentially created the market for these pools in Indianapolis. We have built various manufacturers' fiberglass pools since our inception. We now exclusively sell Viking fiberglass pools and have done so since 1998.
In 2005, and in response to our market conditions, we entered into an agreement with Imperial Pools of Latham NY, a recognized industry
leading manufacturer of vinyl liner inground pool kits. Pursuant to that agreement, we took on Imperial's Legacy line of vinyl liner inground pools. Legacy is Imperial's preimum grade kit as opposed to its economy brands.
We have now built well over 2,000 ingroundpools in Central Indiana. We continue to build our business on designing and installing for you the highest quality inground pools whether fiberglass or vinyl liner. Our quality management systems have been registered and certified as ISO 9001 compliant. We are Central Indiana's only Viking Pools dealer and Legacy Pool dealer.
We are located on the southside of Indianapolis at 6004 US 31 South; however, we consider our building territory to be all of Central Indiana and maybe a bit more.

Craftsmanship:
We know that a quality Indiana swimming pool requires quality materials and careful craftsmanship. We are addicted to Viking fiberglass pools and have a 15 year relationship with them. Seven years ago, we got aquainted with Imperial's Legacy line of vinyl inground pool kits and now have a 7 year relationship with them. We have utilized Zodiac swimming pool equipment for over 10 years, including pumps, filters, and heaters. Our Coverstar auto covers are known for durability and versatility and they are built right here in Indianapolis. We value long term relationships.
